How?

The training service is divided into three phases:

Phase 1

The assessment: This phase is mandatory to gather data, assess performance, determine knowledge and skill gaps, and pinpoint needs and improvement areas.

Phase 2

The training program: This phase aims to specify the objectives of the training program, identify the target audience, create the training curriculum, and decide how the training will be delivered.

Phase 3

The training execution: The team will hereby plan the training, make all the required arrangements, select experienced trainers and facilitators, execute the training, and then conduct a post-evaluation to assess the achievement of goals.
